In both traditional Swabish dishes and more creative dishes, regional products matter to us, including those from our very own farm, lovingly prepared by our chef Dierk.
Our meat comes from our own farm. Our animals enjoy food from our own crops and non-GMO feeding is very important to us.
Get ready for the busy day ahead with our lovingly-prepared breakfast buffet. With freshly laid eggs, fresh fragrant bread rolls, home-made ham and much more, you will be sure to satisfy your every craving. This is included in the room price. Included for hotel guests. All other guests should make a reservation.
We offer specials at lunchtime and in the evenings, focusing on our own produce from the neighbouring farm.
Our kitchen offers fabulous buffets to celebrate public holidays – specially prepared according to the season.
Vegetarians are most welcome.
We happily cater for soft food diets and allergies. Just ask!
